*Please note that once an order has been shipped, any cancellations will be subject to our return and refund policy as delivery cannot be stopped midway.
Our refund policy is valid for 14 days and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If your item is older than 14 days, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email Support@RosieMackenzie.shop within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damaged item. Once we receive the item, we will replace it if available. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the full purchase price of the item.
Lost or Stolen Packages: Rosie Mackenzie Brushes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed to be delivered to the order address. Upon inquiry, Rosie Mackenzie Brushes will confirm delivery to the address provided, delivery date, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for customer investigation.
