Shipping Times
All orders will be shipped within 24-36 hours, depending on when the order was placed. Except for Priority Shipping, which is shipped the same day.
Standard Shipping (US) 3-7 Business Days
USPS Express (US) 2-4 Business Days
Same Day Priority Shipping (US) 1-3 Business Days
DHL Shipping (EU) 8-14 Business Days
**We allow 24 hours before shipping to allow you to adjust your order/address. During peak seasons, shipping may take up to 5 business days.
Order Fulfillment
We have received and fulfilled orders from over 195 countries on all continents. We are not responsible for any customs duties imposed by your country on the purchased products, these charges must be borne by you, the purchaser.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to track your order on this website. Please note:
We cover all shipping costs for orders other than express shipping.
We offer a subsidy for express shipping, but are unable to cover all costs at this time.
**We ship from California, so our delivery times within the United States are faster.
Order Fulfillment
We ship daily, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks of the year, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Orders may not be shipped "next day" due to inventory issues, missing order information, or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped the following Monday or the next business day.
Standard Shipping: Free shipping is offered on all orders, except for promotions and giveaways.
International Shipping

Address Change Request
All address change requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing an order. After this period, the address cannot be changed or updated. Therefore, please make sure to contact us as soon as possible by emailing Support@RosieMackenzie.shop.
Wrong or Incomplete Address

RosieMackenzie.shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or orders shipped to wrong, invalid, or incomplete addresses. We always strive to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, and will do our best to assist you in tracking down a lost package.
Shipping Delays
RosieMackenzie.shop is not responsible for refunding shipping charges if shipping is delayed due to product out of stock or customs inspection.
Re-shipping
The re-shipping policy depends on your local post office's policy for your uncollected package. Because the address you provided is incomplete or incorrect, the local post office cannot deliver the package and will hold the package for a period of time. Some local post offices will abandon your package (throw it away) and some will return it to our warehouse if the package is not collected by the customer. Therefore, if
the package is returned to our warehouse due to invalid/incomplete address, and you want us to re-ship it, we will charge a re-shipping fee of $4.95 because we have to re-ship the package. This fee is in addition to any free shipping promotions we have going on at the time. **Your order is only eligible for a refund after the package arrives at our warehouse. If a package is dropped/delivered by your local post office due to an invalid/incomplete address and you want us to re-ship it, we will charge a re-shipping fee of $6.95 per item as we have to re-process and re-ship it. (This situation is not eligible for a refund as the package was dropped and therefore lost.) At this price we are actually losing money but we still offer this service to keep our customers happy.
Please email us and we will check with our warehouse to check what policies your local office may follow and provide you with an invoice for the re-shipping fee.
